New Mobile Farm Stand & Partner Farms!

We were very warmly invited by ECCO Shoes in Londonderry to bring our products to them. We are there on Wednesdays from 11:30 - 1:30. Its a work in progress as the season ramps up but we decided to partner with our two favorite farms to provide more variety and exposure to the awesome organic farms right in our own area. We are stocking some beef products from STEVE NORMANTON GRASS-FED BEEF farm in Litchfield, NH. Orders for beef cuts can be made in advance and brought with us on our next delivery. We are also offering awesome dairy products from BENEDIKT DAIRY in Goffstown. We have raw milk (the real cream top deal!), yogurt, butter, fromage (cheese) - all in stock. Behind the scenes our partner farms are more than just products too. We support each other in buying feed in bulk, we share our equipment, transport livestock and products, share advice and so much more. Steve has also been an amazing mentor as we have embarked on new adventures. It is not easy to be a farming family in New Hampshire. So when you purchase local, not only are you reducing air emissions by trucking companies, purchasing healthy, flavorful food and supporting someone's local hard working farm, you are supporting the farming community who hold each other up! Now Certified Organic AND delivering to Londonderry

As you can imagine it is a busy time for us. Last month we became officially certified organic and that means everything - our laying hens, eggs, pullets, vegetables, fruits, fields, hay, piglets, turkeys and our meat chickens. It sure is a good feeling to be official! It was a lot of work but totally worth it. Now our customers have an added level of confidence that you are getting the real deal.

We are now delivery to Londonderry on Fridays at 5:15PM at the Burger King parking lot. If you are interested in pork products, vegetables/fruits, chicken, honey or any of our products, email/text/call us and we can add you to the delivery list.

While our CSA is full at this time, we do offer some of our extra certified organic vegetables which include:

Cucumbers
Pickling Cucumber (must order in advance)
Green Beans
Beets
and more....
all available in our self serve farm stand

Next week we will have our own pasture chicken in cuts available (breasts, wings, thighs packages). Contact us ASAP to reserve your portion.

Currently we have ham kabobs, Sweet Italian Sausage, Breakfast sausage both available in links and in blocks (for the avid sauce makers!), pork chops, ribs, roasts and more. Get it while supplies last!

Its Hay Day...

We were blessed today to have cool weather for hay day. Special thanks to our guest helper - Matt who is actually willing to come back tomorrow for the next round - that's the spirit!

What would we do without little helpers!

No person is too small or inexperienced to give us a helping hands. These little hands planted a couple hundred strawberry plants, dozens of raspberries bushes and more in the last two weeks and mulched them up with our own wood chips from last year's trees - only to reap the benefits next year! Thank you Thomas, DJ, Yaya, Jaz and Jam (driving the tractor) you guys rock!

2016 CSA Offerings

Our 2016 CSA offering is now available

Offering exclusive members-only items over and above our farm stand offering

Spring Season from mid-May until mid-June includes items such as:

• Strawberries
• Mixed greens and lettuces
• Arugula
• Spinach
• Beets
• Maple Syrup (1 bottle)
• Eggs -  free range and soy free (1/2 doz for 1/2 share)

Cost is $100 for a full share (serves 4 people) or $50 for a ½ share

Summer Season (prime) from mid-June until mid-September and will be abundant!

Items include more than 25 varieties of vegetables and some fruit, such as:

• Cucumbers                                                                 
• Zucchini /  Summer Squash

CSA programs thrive on a strong sense of community among members and are built on the principle of shared risk – Our success is our success and our challenges are our challenges.  As such, no refunds will be available if unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances occur.

The bounty is big!  The list is just too long this week, you'll just have to come and see for yourselves.  And for you honey lovers... we are pulling our hives and honey will be available in about two weeks.

Have you ever had a fresh onion?  Unless you've grown them yourself, it is not often you can have an onion from field to table.  We also have Esther's famous Pesto. Piglets, piglets everywhere

We have 3 litters of piglets and what a great time of year to have them around. We get to see a lot of genuine pig piles! Come and see them and pick up some veggies. We have romaine lettuce, beets with greens (two servings of vegetables for the price of one!), zucchini, zucchini flowers (gotta fry'em!) crookneck summer squash (sweeter than traditional), traditional summer squash and spinach.
